Sweet Amalia Oyster Farm is located on the Cape May Peninsula in the pristine waters of the southern Delaware Estuary. Our oysters are carefully hand-raised using European rack and bag culture methods. Founding owner, Lisa Calvo, brings years of experience as a marine biologist to perfect the craft of oyster farming.
Sweet Amalia oysters are beautifully shaped with meats that are plump and buttery, crisp and sweet, with just the right kiss of brine. Available at our Market and direct delivered to fine Philadelphia and Jersey Shore restaurants.
