Enjoy a food experience like never before with a visit to Sweet Amalia Oyster Farm on the Cape May Peninsula. A meander on the Cape Shore flats, reveals an ideal location for rack and bag oyster culture. Discover the beauty of the Bayshore and learn about our sustainable farming methods,
oyster ecology, and the maritime history of Southern New Jersey. The tour will include an oyster tasting and a shucking lesson.
Guests will need to walk about 700 ft from the beach to the farm across sand bars and areas that may have uneven terrain and knee-deep water.
