Cultivated on our farm located in Cape May County, New Jersey, Sweet Amalia oysters are clean and crisp with a delicate complexity of sweet and saltiness. Shells are strong for easy shucking and meats are plump and buttery. This is a particularly great oyster for first time oyster eaters. Cocktail size with shells measuring 2.75-3.5".
